I've also had informational-interviews with businesses owners & leaders. A lot of them are requiring AI knowledge at the cx associate level & they feel that AI will allow workers to be 100x more efficient because it will allow them to focus solely on the growth of their development instead of taking time away for low-level actions like emails, chat, calls. But as AI learns I feel businesses who are greedy & whom have laid off people due to the "bottom line" will eventually push people out regardless of innovation. Stakeholders tend to think & kean a lot more on the newest money makers that cost them less (time, ops cost, etc) but o think it needs ro vetted correctly or a long-standing business with a reputation will fall just by thinking AI can handle all simple & complex inputs.
