Meh, have anyone seen the actual outcome of AI “workforce”? It’s hallucinating and there is no way to prevent it with LLM, even junior staff can’t be replaced despite attempts to do so. Read McKinsey report of 95% of companies seen no positive outcome integrating AI, the rest 5% succeeded only when they focused on one simple problem to solve.
Every CEO dreams of cutting costs laying off the workforce, but current AI agents are not capable to perform on scale. AI only broken the job market for now by enabling everyone to write a perfect resume, but it won’t stay that forever. Job market lost jobs not because of AI, it lost because of interest rates makes it impossible for new businesses to grow the same rate as before.
