How can you ban something that can be so easily made? To me it's like when people talk about banning E-Cigarettes. You can't. It's so easy to make in your garage if you really wanted to.
How are they going to define a killer robot? If you have a machine gun wired up to a motion sensor that fires when it senses any movement is that considered a "Killer Robot?"
