Generating an Image is like searching an image on Google. You don't make the image. You type what you want, and if you don't see it, you change your search/prompt until you get what you want (that you have not created).
And both AI and Search engine scrape the whole internet to give you the result you want. Just one is storing where those picture came from, while the other is storing picture's content mixed together.
