I kind of draw, but I mostly focus on 3d modeling in blender, so read this with that in mind
Recently, I started working on a game with other people, and that alone managed to "respark" that will to 3d model
I've learnt more in the last 2~ months than I have in the 4 years of using blender on and off
I find joy in modelling, especially when the result is something that I'm genuinely proud of, which, before this, I would be uncertain, I didn't think I was good enough, only when I started receiving support from the others on the team did I actually start believing in myself
Yes, 3d modeling is something ai hasn't really barged itself into, but it may, and, let's be honest, will happen
But, 3d modeling or drawing, they're just different ways of representing 3d objects on a 2d plane (the page or screen)
And the artist in me agrees (while I model more than I draw, I also like to doodle or make concept art)
