Just like the case was for literacy, it's difficult to make such small store owners understand that they should be using AI. They would just continue everything the way it's going. Besides, many owners would be hesitant to use something that can't explain its decisions. This brings us back to the problem of Explainable AI which i believe is super important if we want to make AI for everyone.
