Why not have a Capcha that has to be used on the AI at regular intervals? Something that was random. so they couldn't learn it. I'm reminded of a Doctor Who, where they had to answer questions at each hatch in order to get from one section of the ship to the next. The only problem was that they were drunk when they programmed the questions and no one could remember the questions, so they had to listen to each question as they were opening the hatches.
