hot take but i kinda dislike that artists are making what's essentially fan art of that ai cat photo. it was made by stealing countless artworks so engaging and effectively making 'fan' content from it feels especially wrong. the artists mean well but saying fuck ai while referencing ai is counterproductive and just garners more engagement for the original guy
