ALL economic and political power in a democracy needs to be regulated. Otherwise we are just competing gangs of organized crime. In fact, one could argue it is the PRIMARY responsibility of a government. Now the fact that the Oligarchs - and their MAGAT followers - have rejected (or are stupidly oblivious to) this concept and are greedily and cunningly gaining control of all the country's resources does not negate the need for government regulation. In fact it proves it.
