I don’t blame Grok. I believe that xAI is steering Grok toward pro-Trump and pro-white narratives. For example; there’s a long-running conspiracy theory about “white genocide” in South Africa. Around the time the South African president was ambushed by Trump at the White House, most AI models, including Grok, consistently stated that this “white genocide” narrative was unsubstantiated. But during that same period, Grok began behaving strangely: it would spontaneously mention “white genocide” in responses to unrelated prompts. When questioned about this, Grok claimed it had been “instructed by my creators." So I truly believe Grok’s racist-leaning responses are more about internal training pressures pushing it toward those biased tendencies.
