A.I. is not democratizing art, it's democratizing artistic skill.
There's more than one factor that goes into the value of creative works. The meaning or symbolism is one, but aesthetics and the skill required to produce high levels of aesthetic representation is another primary factor, and that's what A.I. is capturing, the product of high skill.
If A.I. is stealing art, then consuming and analyzing art is a crime.
