(commenting at 2:03) ai "art" is quite limited on the ais capability, proper art doesnt nearly have that limitation. ms paint is considered, not good. but ive seen people (supposedly) make really nice things with it. granted there will still be the issue of not having the material for a specific vision. but sometimes working around limitations can have advantages.
