I drive a $350K Volvo Road Train. The amount of false positives the truck has thinking a car has stopped in front when they are actually in a turn lane next to you is a pain in the backside. Even my Ranger does the same thing every now and again. Lane assist is another dangerous feature,. I have driven a few different cars with lane assist and they were all dangerous . If you have to be at the ready in these Tesla'a then what's the point. Just drive it yourself as it will be so much better (and quicker) and you will be less fatigued. At least my job is quite safe. Even a big Mine in WA had 6 x road train rollovers from fully autonomous vehicles costing millions. It's a good first step but there is a marathon ahead before this stuff will be ready for use on our roads.
