I can understand a concept artist using an ai that they trained on exclusively their own work to either polish up theor own work or when they are slammed for time and need results ASAP. This however would need to include that the AI tranning model is owned and copyrighted by the artist rather than the company so not only can they take it to another job, no artwork has been stolen, and the company can't replace the artist because if the artist goes so does the AI model. Main thing I belive in is the AI needs to be trained on someone's own art or free art that has been given the green light to be used for the tranning as otherwise we deal with the same issue of AI stealing artwork and the proper artists not being compensated or even credited for providing the tranning material
