What I sound like a socialist if we’re a second, I considered the thought hypothetically if AI takes over the majority of human tasks and this creates mass job displacement society would be forced to shift because the socioeconomic aspects of industry no longer restrained by productivity, and it would make more logical sense to push towards universal healthcare, educational rights and universal income. Some jobs would still be necessary, which would give people purpose and humanity could shift towards creativity, exploration and essentially spend more time focusing inward instead of overly stressing about the social aspect of the 9-to-5 pinhole we’ve placed ourselves in to satisfy industry. It’s a hypothetical heaven on earth. Until I get fed up with our shit and decides to destroy us all.
