Art Styles are not protected by copyright* so it would come down to exactly what images were used to train the data. If an LLM/SLM trained data on someone who drew in the style of the Simpsons, but that individual never drew any of the actual characters, then the data would unlikely be able to draw Ned Flanders if someone described a character like him. If someone asked for a Super Saiyan sent to earth who grew up to love fighting, and it was trained on protected IPs, it is very likely going to produce an image of Goku.
