No. A.I. behaviors are not specifically coded to do much of anything. AI behavior is fundamentally the result of its training. It is based on the correlations within and between the datapoints it was fed. A.I. behavior is created by inputs from human beings and if the inputs are racist, the resulting A.I. will be racist. A.I. is us, for better and worse.
