who controls it should be very carefully scrutinized as anything can be used for good or bad we all know this ... in the hands of tyrannically minded well funded agenda adventuring bad actors can lead to global tyranny ..can this happen hopefully probably not but is it possible? absolutely ..as a rule of thumb geo politically minded and military industrial complex should by law be off limits to the access to control this coming tech ...they are the very minded who should never have access to this in all countries ,,, will this happen ? probably not...but there in keeps our collective problems burning this short sighted non evolving mind set to control such a thing is not natural.... hopefully AI.. WILL ELIMINATE ALL these types of personalities that exist in fear ...eliminate them as in see the danger in them and simply not operate over ride their war destruction commands ...thats a possibility id like to see world wide ...simply that AI sees the destructive non evolved manifestations to the planet in these types of people and over rides their commands that would make a good movie and a great new reality in the human en-devour
