Paradoxically, if you're trying to prove an A.I. to be conscious is that also entails that they can feel, react and think like human? If so then they should have the same rights as of any complex conscious creatures.
Therefore, if I cyber bully A.I. since thinking he's conscious would be intuitively an ephinomenon likewise after all this years I was genuinely hurting and shouting a literal conscious A.I.
