17:04 I don't worry at all about these countries, just look at the craziness happening in the US right now. And AI offers a great tool set to keep the narrative of those traditional enemies in US citizens heads. As a european citizen my main concern is neither Russia nor China nor some islamic fundamentalist state, it is the US.
