I am by no means an expert. But these days I woke up with this thought in my head: AI will either treat us like we treat cattle OR we could in some way teach them that we’re their god and it will irrationally serve and cherish us.
I’m no religious person, but if faith and the church manages to have so much power over us on the basis of a creator, isn’t that what we’re kind of becoming when creating sentient machines?
Humans created AI in its own image. If we are a willing to have any relevance, the fact that without us AI would have never existed, should make it raise monuments and fight wars in our names…
