Are you saying the first amendment didn’t include Elon buying Twitter AI algorithms spreading lies faster than truth. Surely AI bot farms were considered when they wrote the first amendment right no tax no regulation nothing to slow down the anger and the lies selling fake drugs, supplements just the world full of Alex Jones‘s and Joe Rogan’s bot farms, sewing division and hatred and lies sure that’s what they meant in the first amendment. Why should we tax them? They’re only destroying us why should we stop them? They only killing us. It’s the first amendment scream fire on the Internet all day long no consequences not even allowed to know if it’s a person or not.
