I'm not convinced this video isn't Fake Outrage. You don't mention what the Johns Hopkins AI is selecting for. Men Over Women for... what? Colonoscopies?. The police one might exist, but 99.9% sounds like it would have to be triggered by something more than "he is black". You also only mentioned that he got shot, not BY WHO or WHY.
