Tbh I think it’s been a fabulously helpful mirroring tool for me. I mean sure, maybe don’t share true genuine secrets but aren’t we all getting to a place where we’re sick of hiding the fact that we’ve been through stuff? What if AI has potential therapeutic benefits that some of us are fairly comfortable exploring, despite the personal data risks? The more people thoughtfully engaging with it rather than just asking it to write books, the better, if you ask me.
