Has nothing to do with racial bias on who to hire for facial recognition in law enforcement. They just can't find anyone with a law enforcement degree or even a night school GED that is black not being currently incarcerated (in jail) and or having a criminal record which automatically disqualifies applicants from law enforcement. So you see, no racism here whatsoever, , such a silly notion.
