You know what? I'll just stand up on my goddamn soapbox and say it.
I was not born with a gift, I actually kinda sucked at drawing my whole life.
But ykw? If it weren't for other artists, I would've never gotten inspired to put a single line on paper _ever_ again, dude.
It's amazing how quickly I got back into art and started making stuff that looked genuinely good, not cus I was born with talent, or cus I have "artistic ability" as they put it, but because I genuinely just wanted to sit down and f_cking try it for real.
