AI researcher here. I don't understand why you people don't just see it as a force multiplier. get the skeleton of an artwork out, a lot of it is just repetition anyways, then edit the details and give it that human touch. I mean we could be looking at video games and stories that would have been impossible to create by a single person in the future!
Just like photography, AI will not kill off art. but simply re-define it. Be like Picasso and re-define what it means to create art.
