Being defiant against technology just so you can keep your job is selfish. Imagine if horse-driven carriage riders were against the automobile industry so they could keep their jobs. Ambulances and fire fighters would be arrived in horse-driven carriages. Many lives would be loss. What they needed to do was learning how to ride automobiles, so they could be still relevant in the new job market.
Regarding the script writing jobs, there are several TV series, movies, and books which are very good (with original and unique ideas), which I think would be hard to be beaten by AI, at least at this point of time. Spartacus series, for example. I'd like to know if AI could produce pseudo-Shakespearean script like that😂🤣😂🤣. Poirot TV series is another example. The humors in it were so subtle, I doubt AI could make something like that. The Big Bang Theory and Friends series also come to my mind, and many of the Shondaland productions.
