maybe you just don't care about or understand the importance of quality. companies do not care about "spiritual" humanitarian values. being in a creative field means *it's our job* to attend to quality. and truthfully i like elements of the first video you showed that was good quality (ish) but the sprite of the character at 0:22 just looks like some stupid anime sprite. and 0:29 looks bad to me in general. everything's too anime, and then angel doesn't look out of place in a creepy way, just kind of looks like momo. i don't want to do a full critique of it even though it'd prove my point better because no one's listening anyways. the depressing and isolating part of being an artist/graphic designer is wondering if anyone else can really see what you're making. even when i'm praised for the quality of my work, i know that the reason people can't easily do what i do because they can't see as well as i can. so how do they know that it's "good?" of course people can see ai art and sometimes like it. it's just annoying having a trained eye when others don't, because i know that 10ish years ago i'd be a lot less critical of art and design. i'm going to college and studying UX instead of graphic design. ai can't do UX and it won't ever really be able to, because it requires too much thinking and intricacies and work to make a website/user interface. so don't worry about me, i'm not even "giving up on my dreams" by deciding to be a UX designer. i think i'll enjoy it a lot.
