I started my career in 2002 after the internet bubble collapsed and after 9/11. It took me 6 months to find my first software engineering job while a year earlier, companies was offering signature bonuses. All my career i dedicated myself to work remembering how hard it was to make my place. Yes, we use copilot daily now. I am 47; a mother and an team manager. I will hire a intern this year just base on this video. We got very unprofessional experience with new graduates in the past but i am ready to give another chance to a junior. We need to train the next generation.
