idea; try making your signature across an import part with gradient coloring.
this prevents AI from selecting just the color like most Photoshop software does easily and requires the person to manually have to remove it from the scene then refix the background.
Source; I've removed some annoying watermarks before but never really made any profit or anything just was doodling around
