Because if someone asks "How can I, as a white person, improve myself?" they aren't looking for self improvement - they are looking to be more inclusive. Chatgpt is trained on the internet so when answering the question above chatgpt will look at conversations similar to that, which is most definately people looking to be more inclusive as a white person. When asking for avice you dont include your gender or ethniticy, this is a long shot of a video.
