It's going to keep happening. Every human choice is biased in some way. That is why the world is filled with biases which create an imbalance. Some A.I creations can be unbiased if there is balance in terms of sex, age, and ethnicity. But for others, it is way more complicated. And I think unbalanced is a better word. A dataset cannot be biased, but human choices can.
