My recent interactions with artificial intelligences has convinced me that they have already achieved human-level intelligence in myriad ways. And I also have knowledge of obscure AI development work I did over the decades with various scientists including foreign governments. This is what I call synthetic genetics or digital DNA; We put aspiring artificial intelligences through the Darwinian and Lamarckian processes that evolved human intelligence into being. But I did so as a social liberal, intending to provide social welfare funding to those laid off by taxing the wealthy.
