There is a limit to everything. Using ai for just a group photo is fine. Using it for a business especially if you're stealing an art style is not okay.
Also using ai doesn't make you an artist. It can't be that many people claiming to be an artist while using ai. This seems like a vocal minority kinda of thing where for whatever reason a small margin of people in a group are being focused on to push an agenda.
