Lol if only all calls would be this easy. I've been in the BPO industry for 2 years now and boy the rollercoaster of emotions is too much to handle. You'll have a happy-go-lucky caller, a sad caller, an irritated caller or my personal favorite: the "I want to talk to an actual american" caller. I doubt an AI would be able to simulate the type of response suited with a specific type of caller
