Great video, I'm a big believer in the Nightshade project. I paint models so only photos of my art are as risk so far, but it's a topic I've been thinking about. I'm also a disabled artist, but my leg isn't why my sketching skills are crap haha.
I might suggest that looking at procedural similarities has some restrictions for applicability of the argument. Writing narrative fiction prose or poetry look a lot like writing a google image search or an AI prompt, but I feel that the written word can still be art and discounting typing on a keyboard outright as a method for producing art probably harms the strength of the argument by being too reductionist. I guess the counter argument is that I'm being to general & pedantic, and my statement isn't relevant because this was focused on graphic art. Either way, it's a weird world to navigate right now. Keep doing your thing. :)
