It's unfortunate that anthropomorphism is so strong that people forget LLMs are an elaborate one-way process that produces intelligent artifacts that closely mimic humans producing intelligent artifacts. LLMs are extremely useful yes but HOW the artifacts are produced require no inner experience meaning the architecture is not self-reflecting recursively.
