This is why you simply cannot replace the "person-to-person" format of traditional education with multiple-choice, AI and computer facilitated grading. We need to return to the more difficult way of having faculty judge, mentor and test the students "in person" via speaking, debating and writing. There's simply no other solution here. If our universities had continued appraising students in this way, then there wouldn't be a need for "interview" prep as the skills needed for interviewing would be gradually developed over time automatically. We'd all be forced into constantly showing up, being competent, and developing real business worthy projects in the process of learning the material so that, after 4-6 years of studying CS properly and traditionally (along with internships and possible graduate work), we'd not only have the knowledge and experience needed to be relevant in the world, but we'd also know how to present our ideas clearly to corporate constituencies out of the box.
