As someone who works close with AI on a daily basis, yeah this is completely false, AI is incapable of having a bias because it has no emotion or concept of anything besides what it's programmed to do.
I'm not gonna write a book about this in a comment but, neural networks and programming the datasets have a lot to do with how an AI functions the events you brought up which are laughable at best, 2 of them were human error meaning, the AI did not make the mistake the human did, let's make this very clear, robots are incapable of racism unless they are programmed to do so.
Please stop trying to get views by using scare tactics, it's honestly pathetic.
