21:10 and i strongly believe those in power will create cathergorized types of intelligence, random example imagine 10 level cathegories, level 1 chip implant for basic hard labor workers, level 2 chip for smal company managers, level 3 for smal companies owners, level 4 for teachers administrative and smal banking employes, level 5 for various types of research domain smal employes, level 6 for research companies managers and doctors, level 7 for engenieering and computer technology employes, 8 for military soldiers and so on and so on.
GUESS WHO is getting the absolute best chip implants making them the most powerful and the closest to full AI potential ? the Elite and governments.
The higher the level of chip implant, the more expenssive, an hard labor worker class will probably only be able to afford the level 2 by working his whole life, probably never the level 3.
