this reminds me of that movie--- Captain America: Civil War when Zola tells Black Widow and Cap that Project Insight was designed to give insight. they would be too dead to hear it. then there was another scene where the bald hydra with specs tells Sam, Cap and Black Widow about how hydra was using their SAT scores, voting patterns to eliminate threats.
