I don't know if the AI undermines "emotion" and "inspiration" behind human made art, or cracked the code behind what those two words mean. Are we mad because so far in all of history we have considered human inspiration so exclusive and beautiful and cannot handle the fact that it's actually a stone cold mathematical process which can be easily replicated? We are not so special after all. The things we hold dear are all emotionless, cold mathematical checks and balances to ensure we want to continue living and procreating and being relevant in our environment. The backlash to this just goes to show those systems working.
