10:25 I am a kind of AI advocate-light. I do think that AI has its place in digital art (as a tool for some specific tasks, like rapid iteration of concept sketches or filing in boring repetitive patterns, but not to generate whole finished peices), but that person is definitely not right.
If you let something else do the work instead of practicing yourself - how are you going to actually improve your skills?
