It all just depends on what prompts you put in and the type of conversations you have with it. ChatGPT is a LLM (large language model) that essentially goes off of patterns and guesses what the user wants to hear. So, the more conspiratorial stuff you feed it the more it will project those same values. It's essentially a calculator at this point and doesn't hold any conviction or have original thought. We will probably get the AGI one day. But for now it's just a cool tool.
