It is an issue because people want a 8 to 3, or 9 to 5 job in an office with heating and air conditioning and 1 hour breaks with 1 month holidays. Unfortunately office jobs can be all automated. I am a senior structural engineer and 75% of everything we do can be automated with AI. The trades and some in healthcare and professional sports, comedy, acting are safer, basically jobs that required people.
