this all takes limitless amounts of power and fueling. In desperation you might have to "pull the plug" , cut the wires drain battries, use EMP, leave cities and people in the dark............. single sources of generation and the energized fueling of the networks needs to be further scrutinized by laws,regulations,codes. Or be isolated from certain geographic or networking shared resources. Which is basically what the gov already does with the military. However if grid concept becomes obsolete and little individual atomic generators or sole concept wireless coms/power are used, your fucked, and held digitally hostage to keep feeding it.................................
