I would like to see how AI can replace medical personnel doing worldwide medevac. Assessing critically ill patients, Transporting them to the aircraft, loading them on the aircraft and securely attaching them, provide all treatments as in the ICU at 45 000 feet while taking care of family members and managing medical emergencies like intubation and thoracic drain installation and unloading them in a different country and transporting them to an admitting facility. Too many variables for AI. And many will go back to basics. Self sustaining homes off the grid and live through personal farming.
