Hi, software engineer here. The issue with the jobs people are trying to make AI take over or do is that they eventually and largely come down to nuance. Programing nuance is...difficult. It's possible on much smaller scales and limited data reach, but when trying to include a vast field of knowledge/information, it would take an impossible amount of time to program and by the time you were done, there would be more data to consider and more work to be done. it just can't keep up.
