Poisoning ethical datasets is bad, poisoning your own art is ethical as any AI that uses it is being, well, unethical about it and effectively stealing portions of your work.
That's like having a large safe full of confidential information and spies constantly pull it open and copy everything in it, so you put a bit of false information mixed in strategically to ruin anyone who copies that.
Personally I like AI art, what I don't like is that they got there by stealing.
